Cancellation Policy

**Cancellation / Late Arrival Policy: Your tax consultation and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes unexpected delays can occur, requiring schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice. Less than 24-hour notice will result in your consultation deposit being forfeited.  Late arrival -- We have implemented a 10-minute grace period for appointments. If you arrive within this timeframe, we'll be pleased to proceed with your scheduled appointment with the remaining amount of time allotted. This ensures that we honor the appointment times for each client.
